The Omega PCS11 PLUS-MINI is a programmable single-phase pump controller (control box) rated at 0.37 kW / 230V, designed to protect and control a wide range of pump types including deep well submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, in-line pumps, circulation pumps, and multistage pumps. The compact weatherproof enclosure (IP65) mounts vertically and provides full automatic control from a single unit.

Four application modes are selectable via on-board DIP switches — no wiring changes required. The built-in LCD display and three-button interface allow working voltage and fault history to be checked at a glance, and auto-calibration to the connected motor ensures accurate protection thresholds without manual calculation.

Operating Modes

  • Tank to tank — fill or transfer between tanks with dual liquid level sensors
  • Booster pump control by pressure switch — automatic start/stop on pressure demand
  • Drainage by level sensor — empty a sump or chamber automatically
  • Timed pumping — fixed on/off cycle independent of sensors

Protection Features

  • Dry run protection — stops pump when no water detected; auto-restarts after 30 min
  • Overload protection — trips at 1.4× rated current; auto-restarts after 30 min
  • Pump stall protection — detects blocked impeller at 1.7× rated current
  • Under-voltage protection — trips at 175V; recovers after 4 minutes
  • Over-voltage protection — trips at 253V; recovers after 4 minutes
  • Fault history — last 5 fault records stored and retrievable
  • Accumulative running time display
