The Omega K531 Intelligent Control Box is a programmable pump logic controller (PLC) rated at 22 kW (30 HP) for three-phase 380V–415V applications. Designed for pump factories, dealers, and distributors, the K531 PLC enables the easy assembly of single, dual, or triple pump control cabinets using PLC, MCB, AC contactor, CT board (current transformer), proportional CT and other standard electronic components.

Three start methods are supported — Direct On Line (DOL), Star-Delta (Y/Δ), and Soft Start — making the K531 compatible with a wide range of motor configurations. The intelligent LCD interface displays real-time pump running information and provides access to super, expert, and user parameter menus for precise system configuration and maintenance.
