Leo horizontal multistage pumps give high pressure from a compact, quiet surface pump for house pressure, irrigation and light commercial boosting. The EDH range is built in stainless steel; the 2AC range is a two-impeller cast-iron-body centrifugal pump.

Horizontal multistage pumps mount on a base like a normal surface pump but use several stages to build pressure. They are a good choice where a vertical pump will not fit or where a low, compact unit is needed next to a tank.

Choosing a horizontal multistage pump
- Size for peak flow and the head at the furthest or highest outlet.
- Add 10 m of head for each bar of pressure you need at the taps.
- Use a pressure tank and switch, or an automatic controller, for household pressure.
- Keep suction lines short and airtight; install a foot valve if the pump sits above the water.

EDH or EVP?
Both are stainless multistage pumps. EDH is horizontal (low and long), EVP is vertical (small footprint). Pick whichever fits your installation.
Are these pumps self-priming?
No. Fit a foot valve and prime the pump, or install it below the water level.
