Surface kits and base plates
A base plate seals the borehole casing and carries the rising main. Surface kits add a brass gate valve, a male/female elbow and a galvanised nipple; elbow kits on a split base plate add a snifter valve and a 0–25 bar pressure gauge.

Safety rope
An 8-strand braided safety rope holds the pump if a pipe joint fails and makes it safe to pull the pump. Choose a breaking strength well above the weight of pump, pipe and water.

Submersible cable and joints
Round 3-core (single phase) and 4-core (three phase) submersible cable from 1.5 to 16 mm², with MX and heat-shrink joint kits. Cable prices change monthly with the copper price — contact us for a quotation. Size the cable for the motor current and the length to keep voltage drop below 3%.
Flange kits
Plated steel flange kits (2 threaded flanges, 2 gaskets and 8 bolts, nuts and washers) connect threaded Tesk SVM, SMD, TK and ES pumps to flanged pipework. Flange kits are nett price and not discounted.
