Tesk SVM Vertical Multistage Pumps
Tesk SVM pumps are stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pumps from 1 to 200 m³/h and up to 305 m head, for pressure boosting, water supply, irrigation and industry. We sell them complete with a 230V or 400V motor, or as a pump end (bareshaft) with a separate Tesk motor. This guide explains the model code, how to select an SVM, the dimensions and current prices.

Reading the model code
In SVM8-200, 8 is the rated flow in m³/h and 200 means 20 impellers (stages × 10). Suffixes such as -1 or -2 (e.g. SVM64-20-1) show one or two reduced-diameter impellers, giving a head between two full stage counts. SVM200 models use A/B suffixes the same way.

Selecting an SVM pump
- Flow. Choose the series with a rated flow close to your required flow (SVM1 for 1 m³/h up to SVM200 for 200 m³/h).
- Head. Add static height, friction losses and the required outlet pressure (10 m per bar).
- Stages. Pick the model in that series whose curve meets your head at your flow — the attached series datasheets on each category page show the full performance tables.
- Supply. 230V single phase is available up to 2.2 kW; larger pumps need 400V or 525V three phase.
- Connections. SVM1–SVM20 have threaded (sleeve chuck) or flanged options; Tesk flange kits convert threaded pumps to flanges.

400V and 525V IE3 motors from 0.37 to 110 kW: 400V IE3 motors (R2 266 – R139 399) and 525V IE3 motors (R2 334 – R193 562). Motors up to 7.5 kW have a B14 flange; 11 kW and larger a B5 flange.
Dimensions and weights
Every SVM product page lists the pump height (B1), the height with motor (B1+B2) and the shipping weight from the Tesk SVM catalogue. For example the SVM1-60 stands 555 mm tall with its motor and weighs 22 kg complete; the SVM64-20-1 is 1254 mm and 182 kg.

Frequently asked questions
What does SVM10-120 mean?
Rated flow 10 m³/h with 12 impellers.
What is the difference between SVM64-20 and SVM64-20-1?
The -1 has one reduced-diameter impeller, so it gives slightly less head and needs a smaller motor.
Can I buy the pump without a motor?
Yes — the SVM pump-only (bareshaft) range is priced separately, and Tesk motors are available on their own.
Are flange kits included?
No. Flange kits are sold separately and are not subject to discount.
What liquids can SVM pumps handle?
Clean, thin, non-explosive liquids without solids or fibres, including hot water (hot water type on request).
